The Cook-Wissahickon HSA needs you! We invite Cook-Wissahickon families to join or renew their membership wih the HSA! We are parents and guardians of students in Cook-Wissahickon Elementary School committed to working together to strengthen our school community and enrich our children’s education. Together with our school’s teachers, staff, and other community partners, we can play a large role in the success of our school. Everyone is welcome to join and participate in monthly HSA meetings, but only dues-paying members can vote. (Dues are $5.00 per family, per year. Additional donations are welcome and appreciated. All money raised goes to supporting CW and our students.) You can also check off volunteering oportunties you might be interested in on the membership form. You can fill out the Google form online or you can download the 2018-19 HSA Membership Form and print it and have your student return it to his/her homeroom teacher in an envelope marked HSA Membership. Payments can be sent to school via cash or check (checks made payable to Cook-Wissahickon HSA). You can also pay via Paypal https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=QBK2GHUY3QZ78 – just mark your child(ren)’s name, grade/teacher, and Membership Dues in the space for special instructions.
